Tours & Tastings:

Tours | $10 | ~20-30 Minutes - Due to COVID Restrictions we will not be offering tours until further notice.

Distillery "Farm to Fifth" Tours - offered Monday - Friday at 12:00 and 3:00 only, Saturday at the top of every hour with the last tour starting at 5:00 - NO Tours on Sunday - Learn the history of craft whiskey making in Southern Indiana, see the first "legal" still in Brown County, and follow the process from selecting the grains to pouring whiskey in the glass and then the best part of all - tasting it!


Whiskey Tasting flights and Moonshine Shake-ups and Craft Cocktails offered in our Brown County Cabin Tasting Room.

Special Events

Bear Wallow Distillery can also host your after-hours special events, we call them "In the Still of the Night" Special Events, these include corporate meetings and team building, bachelor/bachelorette parties, private groups, as well as Bourbon/Whiskey Tasting and Appreciation Classes at our location or yours, and if you have other ideas just contact our "In the Still of the Night" staff and we'll do our best to help you create a unique special event.


From Indianapolis or Louisville:

Take I-65 South from Indianapolis or North from Louisville. Take the Columbus Exit 68 and turn West on State Road 46 towards Nashville/Bloomington. Drive approximately 12 miles to the Gnaw Bone area, Look for our big Blue sign, turn left on Old State Rd 46 for about 3/10th of a mile & Bear Wallow Distillery will be on your left hand side behind the Indiana Natural Gas Office.

From Nashville/Bloomington Indiana:

Drive East on State Road 46, 2.5 miles east from the North Entrance of the Brown County State Park to the Gnaw Bone area, look for our big Blue sign (Right), turn right on Old State Rd 46 for about 1/4 of a mile and Bear Wallow Distillery will be on your left hand side behind the Indiana Natural Gas Office.
